The impact of the California budget crisis has reached portential PE candidates. The Board has cancelled its September 2009 meeting.  Therefore, those who passed the exam in Spring 2009 and did not take the take home ethics exam long ago will still be waiting to be officially licensed. Imagine passing the test in May 2009 and you are still waiting to be licensed in November!!
